If paying via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Razorpay the account will be set up immediately once the payment is confirmed.
The cancellation request should be sent through the client area by creating a support ticket. After sending the cancellation request, it would take 4 – 5 working days to complete the process. Once it’s approved you may continue using your service till the end of your next billing, after that your service will be terminated, Please remember to make a backup for your files before the terminations day !!, We are not responsible for any loss of data after the termination day. We may have a backup of your Data up 48 hours after termination on jetbackups but it’s not 100% guarantee. If the web hosting service includes a free domain name, and you cancel the web hosting service, the domain charges (standard rate as per website) would be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the domain name price, you will have to pay the difference or forfeit the domain. The ownership of the domain will remain with WebronHost if you fail to pay the difference amount.
Transfer fees would be applicable if you wish to transfer the free domain name to some other provider. Without transfer fees, the domain will not be released.
The refund request placed after 30 days will not be processed and you will not be eligible for any refund.
When a refund is processed, it will not ‘post’ or be visible in your online banking account, even if the Merchant is refunded immediately. It might take 3-14 days due to different card issuers’ processing efficiency and their workflow. Usually, the Merchant’s refund cycle is batched once daily, possibly delayed a day or two, to submit all the refunds to the acquirer.
Webron Studio reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice in case of any FUP/TOS/AUP Violations. Misbehavior with our Support Staff Over any Medium like Whatsapp, Livechat, Support tickets, or any other communication like talking abusive words/bad words will Result in Service Suspension/Termination/Cancellation & Account closure. No Refund will be Offered. Customers need to Pay a Penalty to get their Data’S Backup if needed.
The 30-day money-back guarantee is only applicable for first-time signups. Second-time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for the same. For instance, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled, and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
There will be no refund for a domain registration/transfer/renewal, cPanel, Plesk, Webuzo, Control Panel, Cloud, VPS, Dedicated Server, Paid Support, SSL Certificates, SpamExperts, Windows OS, SQL, and any other paid licenses.
The money-back-guarantee is provided on Shared hosting, Reseller hosting, WordPress hosting, and Business hosting.
No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause.
The refund will not cover any kind of taxes, setup fees, refund processing fee, in case the web hosting account was involved in violation of our terms of service or any kind of illegal or system resources over-usages or after 30 days period or beyond the coverage of our refund policy as noted here.
